It is a good step taken by Chhattisgarh Government because the labors are the most important asset of any industry and their protection is very much essential. As every coin has two sides, people also get benefit from this but can also exploit it for their advantage. So, there should be proper criteria for the accidents and death and also the incidents must be specified as those who willingly do such activities to earn for their family.

WEB ISSUE:
TOP INTERNET PLAYERS ASK INDIA TO BE TRANSPARENT ON INTERMEDIARY RULE
In the era or internet where the technology has made our life easy the companies providing such services are also emerging. Global Internet companies on Tuesday said they have sent an open letter to IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, calling the government for improved transparency related to intermediary Guidelines (Amendment) Rules and allay fears like tilting the playing field in favor of large players, substantially increase surveillance and prompting a fragmentation of the Internet in India that would harm users.
The Indian government has come up to the proposed intermediary rules that would require the intermediary to inform its users at least once every month so that the case of noncompliance with rules and regulations, in this part the intermediary has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the users to the computer resource of Intermediary and remove noncompliant information. Such decision will have a great impact on the users.
“When required by lawful order, the intermediary shall, within 72 hours of communication, provide such information or assistance as asked for by any government agency or assistance concerning security of the State or cyber-security,” said the proposed intermediary rules.
The leading browser and software development platform like Mozilla, Microsoft-owned GitHub called for improved transparency by allowing the public an opportunity to see a final version of these amendments prior to their enactment.
The amendments states that Internet to remain an open, competitive, and empowering space for Indians this is. What the company has conveyed.
According to them, the last version of these amendments which were available in the public domain suggest that the rules will promote automated censorship.
The current regulation for protections has been fundamental to the growth of the internet in India. They have enabled hosting platforms to innovate and flourish without fear that they would be crushed by a failure to police.
The global Internet players appealed the government to share a final version before the submission to the Supreme Court.
This is an amendment which will definitely provide a transformation over the internet rules & regulations.

DEBATE:
US-IRAN ISSUE: Could it spark World War 3?
FAVOUR
Yes, Tensions between the US and Iran have reached historic heights in recent months, prompting fears of a military confrontation that could escalate into all-out war. President Trump threw away a nuclear deal that was working and is now recklessly speeding toward war with Iran.
But they all turned vague when pressed on how they would accomplish their key goals — preventing Tehran from obtaining nuclear capability, stopping the revival of the Islamic State and disarming North Korea — without backing up diplomacy with the threat of military force.
Time and again, they separated themselves from Mr. Trump, especially on his rejection of allies and his unilateral action to pull out of international treaties and agreements. But they ended up describing a series of hopes for a return to negotiations and plans for incremental withdrawals that at moments echoed the Trump administration, circa 2019.
And all the candidates struggled to define the conditions under which they might use military force if there were no imminent threat, rejecting Mr. Trump’s “America First” approach to the world but trying to avoid stoking fears that they lacked the spine and strategic sensibilities to succeed as commander in chief.
The exchanges were all the more notable because until Tuesday night, foreign policy had been a side show in the 2020 campaign. But the targeted killing of the Iranian commander Maj. Gen. Qassim Soleimani this month ended the moment when the six Democratic candidates could avoid addressing some of the most complex and intractable conflicts that they would inherit if elected. Most seemed to be hoping the subject would soon return to more familiar ground, like universal health insurance or universal background checks for gun sales.
It should have been the moment for Mr. Biden to shine: A former chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, he was among the most experienced in the Obama Situation Room during debates over increasing troop levels in Afghanistan and secretly carrying out cyberattacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
He had a moment to look decisive, especially in contrast to Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who was the most vociferous about extracting the United States from what he called “endless wars.” Again, it echoed a phrase that Mr. Trump has often used — or at least did until his decision to kill General Soleimani all but assured a greater American troop presence in the Middle East for years to come.

AGAINST
No. It would not start a world war, even though the tensions between the two countries has already generated a twitter hashtag #WorldWarThree.
There are lesser chances of Iran to react in a way that would make the US go to War. It is certain that they are going to react, but not just in a way that leads to a war. The Iranian leaders are smart and they do know that they won’t be able to match the US in a real combat. They would not want their government to be overthrown.
Even if a war does start it seems impossible that other countries would want to participate. Iran does have navy drills with Russia and China but these countries are unlikely to go to war with the US.
Russia can’t afford a battle with the US because it is going to be simply very expensive, China probably would not join in on a war it does has avoided wars for a long time and that is not going to change. China wants to grow it economy and protect it citizens, that does not involve joining in on wars. In the long run, the US would rather have Iran as an ally than an enemy. Iran and the US are hugely damaged by war, everyone else would stay clear of it. No need for a world war.
Why do people think the US would want a war with Iran? Why not instead find common ground and build a workable relationship?

THE SPEAKING SIMER | IMPORTANCE OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Means of Communication
Man cannot live alone in this world. We want to share knowledge and ideas with others which is only done through communication. Means of communication act as a medium to propagate the communication. It is the crucial part of mankind’s social life. In this article, I focus on some important means of communication like newspaper, letters, radio, television and internet.
Listening: An important tool
Listening is an art. Effective listening is an important aspect of human communication process. The listener should always listen to the communication completely. This will ensure that the listener gets complete information. This way some part of communication failure can be avoided.
Communication system and communication working
In this article, I have explained about the communication system and its working. I have first started it up with the history of the communication over the past decades and its present situation. I have also added some few terms related to the communication sector and also finally finished it with the need for the modulation.
Impact of communication technology on globalization
Communication and Globalization are interdependent. When Globalization deals with the integration of developing and developed countries, communication technology acts as a yardstick for their combination. We will see in detail how communication technology plays a vital role in bringing up the concept of globalization.
Interview preparations: Tools, Techniques and trump cards
Interviews always keeps everyone on the tip of the needle – be it fresher or old hands. You tense for at least 30 hours to deliver a 30 minutes interview. A small attempt to re-design the interview period into 3 phases, the various techniques to be used to get well equipped in each phase (with some experience of my own) and succeed interviews is given in the following resource
SUCCESS STORY
Elon Musk
Visionary entrepreneur Elon Musk is the co-founder of PayPal (PYPL), Tesla Motors (TSLA), and SolarCity (SCTY), and is the founder of SpaceX. His astounding success has given rise to comparisons of Musk and Steve Jobs, Howard Hughes, Henry Ford, and Bill Gates. Amid an often difficult childhood, Musk developed a relentless work ethic (he is known to work as many as 80 to 100 hours per week) and a tenacious single-minded vision. On September 7, 2018 Musk appeared to be smoking marijuana while interviewing for a podcast. Coupled with the exit of Tesla’s head of human resources and chief accounting officer, that news saw the stock drop as much as 9% in trade. This was just another addition to the string of bad news for the company, including a shareholder lawsuit against Musk and the company for his infamous tweet on August 7. Musk had tweeted that he is considering taking Tesla private. The company later decided against the move.We look at the early life and education of the man behind a string of companies that have disrupted multiple industries.
Family Background and Youth in South Africa
Elon Reeve Musk was born in 1971 in Pretoria, one of South Africa’s three capital cities. His father was an engineer and his mother was a model and nutritionist. He was the oldest of three children in an ambitious family.
Bullied as a Child-
Musk’s intellectual aptitude did him few favors as a child. He found few friends in the tough-minded Afrikaner culture he encountered in school.”I had a terrible upbringing. I had a lot of adversity growing up. One thing I worry about with my kids is they don’t face enough adversity,” he would later say in an interview.
Musk attended the English-speaking Waterkloof House Preparatory School, and later graduated from Pretoria Boys High School. The years were lonely and brutal, from his descriptions.
“They got my best friend to lure me out of hiding so they could beat me up. And that hurt,” Musk said. “For some reason they decided that I was it, and they were going to go after me nonstop. That’s what made growing up difficult. For a number of years there was no respite. You get chased around by gangs at school who tried to beat the (expletive) out of me, and then I’d come home, and it would just be awful there as well.”
If there was a point of bright escape for Musk; it was technology. When he was only 10, he became acquainted with programming via the Commodore VIC-20, an inexpensive home computer. Before long, he had become proficient enough to create Blastar – a video game in the style of Space-Invaders. He sold the BASIC code for the game to a magazine called PC and Office Technology for $500.
Moving to Canada
At 17, Musk moved to Canada to avoid serving in the South African military, whose main duty in the late 1980s was enforcing apartheid. He would later obtain Canadian citizenship through his mother.
After emigrating to Canada, Musk enrolled in Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. It was there that he met Justine Wilson, an aspiring writer. They would marry and have five sons together, twins and triplets, before divorcing in 2008.
Musk’s Education in the U.S.
After two years at Queen’s University, Musk transferred to the University of Pennsylvania. He took on two majors, but his time there wasn’t all work and no play. With a fellow student, he bought a 10-bedroom fraternity house, which they used as an ad hoc nightclub.
Musk graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Wharton School. The two majors speak to the direction Musk’s career would take later, but it was physics that made the deepest impression on his thinking.
“(Physics is) a good framework for thinking,” he’d later say. “Boil things down to their fundamental truths and reason up from there.”
Musk was 24 years old when he moved to California to pursue a PhD in applied physics at Stanford University. With the internet exploding and Silicon Valley booming, Musk had entrepreneurial visions dancing in his head. He left the PhD program after just two days.
In 1995, with $28,000 and his younger brother Kimbal at his side, Musk started Zip2, a web software company that would help newspapers develop online city guides. The company got bought out, and Musk used his Zip2 buyout money to create X.com, which he intended to shape into the future of banking. X was merged with a company called Confinity and the resulting company came to be known as PayPal. Musk was then ousted from the company before it was bought by eBay.
After PayPal slipped away, Musk helped generate funding for an electric car startup called Tesla. You probably know the rest.
The Bottom Line
His early interest in reading philosophy, science fiction, and fantasy novels is reflected in his sense of idealism and concern with human progress. He aims to work in the areas he has identified as crucial to our future, specifically the Internet, the transition to renewable energy sources, and space colonization. With his work with PayPal, Tesla Motors, SolarCity, and SpaceX, he has defied critics and made advances in all three of these frontiers.
INSIDE OUT
A Notebook is a book (mostly with ruled pages) for writing notes or memorandums. Principal types of binding are padding, perfect, spiral, comb, sewn, clasp, disc, and pressure, some of which can be combined.
We Research & Publication committee with this idea did a research over the use of spiral notebooks as compared to sewn notebooks by SIMERITES.
Through this we came to know that –
• 26% use Spiral Notebooks
• 74% use Sewn Notebooks
So by this we can say that the number of people using Spiral Notebooks is less than those using Sewn Notebooks.
