INDIA AS A FASTEST GROWING ECONOMY
The average growth of the economy during 2014-15 to 2017-18 was 73% , fastest among the major economies in the world. Indian economy is projected as the fastest growing economy in 2018-19. India remained ahead of china to retain the tag of world’s fastest growing economy withstanding several ups & downs, hike in oil prices & global trade war like situatuin during 2018 it was a roller -coaster ride during the year gone by war ,best captured by the GDP growth. In the first quarter of 2018-19 ending June 30, it grew at an impressive 8.2% after 7.7% in the first three months of the year. Then it slipped to 71% in the next quarter ending September 30. For the current fiscal, from 7.8% projected in spetember, citing higher financing cost & reduced credit availability.According to Niti Ayog vice- chairman Rajive Kumar, the focus of the government in 2019 wull be to expedite reforms with a view to accelerate growth.India will grow around 7.8% in the next calender year & investment cycle that has already started picking up gathering further Strength & we will see more private investments. The new innovations & start ups are the best example which is responsible for more contribution towards the growth in India. One way or the other the schemes of prime minister Narendra Modi is also contributing in India to grow as a fastest growing economy .The digital India can be taken as a biggest example as its enforcement has made people go cashless & understand that we can have a development by our own as the more the people will be aware of such things ,eventually the growth will become more possible as a country’s growth is seen by how the citizens are educated & have opportunities to grow. So according to me India’s way of tackling things which are going on globally will surely make India as a developed nation soon.

TO ABOLISH ARTICLE 370
(FAVOUR)
Yes,As Article 370 of the Indian constitution is a law that grants special autonomous status to Jammu & Kashmir . The article is drafted in part XXI of the constitution, which relates to temporary ,transitional & special provisions.
If article 370 is abolished, it puts India in a quandary, it is the question of national security, they would not risk losing a state which holds great strategic importance & is rich in natural resources . It would put India at a major disadvantage if Kashmir is lost, the national capital (DELHI) would be exposed & militarily India would become very vulnerable to the likes of china & pakistan. That was about India ,but there are several lives of citizens in Jammu & Kashmir which needs peace & happy survival. A lot of incidents had happened and destroyed the beautiful places ,which needs to be stabilized & that is not possible with the Pakistan. The deal India made with J&K included the assurance tht J&K can have their own laws. Changing legal text will give no more legitimacy then what India has on J&K now. J&K is integral part of nation. Once the issue with pak is settled then the whole Article 370 can get abolished.

(AGAINST)
I DISAGREE As the constitution once made cannot be abolished just like that. There are special provisions ,polices made by the J& K government too backed up by the rights provided to them on Article 370. As the presidency rule is there it is hard for India to just abolish it with certain concerns. As there are already issues with Pakistan the most of the terror attacks are nearby Kashmir & the situation is becoming like those terrorists are coming through most of the time through the area which comes under India. Jammu & Kashmir as an autonomus state has its own power but seeing the conditions of the Indian Army personnel over there is a matter of concern. The Kashmiri people themselves don’t trust that the army personnels are for their protection. Pettling up of stones on them is an issue which creates more of a problem & makes the situation pathetic. So abolishing this can be a decision which can impact on many lives of the citizens of J&K and eventually making Pakistan do more of an activites which can question the national security.
If Jammu Kashmir is a part of India that’s why Kashmir have its own constitution & this rumor has been spreading by the anti nationalist forces that Article 370 is a basic structure of our constitution but it is absolutely false. In conclusion I would like tp say that special status of J&K should not be abolished.

Finding influencers Indian companies, quality is more important than the reach of an influencer. Content quality is the top criteria that companies consider before bringing an influencer on board.
The biggest roadblock is that brands are still struggling with figuring out the return on investment from influencer marketing – the top concern listed by 46% of brand experts. This is somehow helping the companies to grow along with those influencers.

SUCCESS STORY
Byju Raveendran comes out as a sharp and canny entrepreneur. The manner in which Raveendran, 38 started his career with as a coaching classes business to now India’s most valued ed-tech firm with marquee investors is evidence of his entrepreneurial drive and gumption.

EARLY LIFE

Hailing from a small village Azhikode in Kannur district, Kerala, Byju Raveendran attended a Malayalam-medium School, where both his parents were teachers. His mother taught Mathematics and father taught Physics in the same school where their son studied. Although his parents were teachers, it is said that they never pressurized him to excel at academics. Instead, his father encouraged him to get involved in sports, and this is the reason Byju played six different sports at the university level, namely Football, Table Tennis, Badminton, Cricket and more.
Byju never had an intention of pursuing his career in the field of sports. Like most of his fellow classmates he only thought of getting into medical science or engineering. He choose to become an engineer. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Kannur. After graduation he secured a job as a “Service Engineer” at a multi-national shipping firm. job as a “Service Engineer” at a multi-national shipping firm.
IN THE BEGINNING
Once Byju Raveendram was on a vacation to Bangalore. There, he had many friends who were preparing for CAT exam. Byju since childhood was good in maths and science and always studied the subject all by himself. Knowing this fact his friends asked him to help them prepare for CAT. He helped his friends with their problems, taught the various concepts and he himself appeared in the exam just for fun. Surprisingly, he scored a perfect 100 percentile and most of his friends too cleared the exam. Nevertheless, he didn’t enroll in any of the IIM’s or B-schools. Through positive word of mouth, many people came to know about him. From here his journey of becoming a professional teacher began. He taught MBA aspirants tips and tricks to solve aptitude questions of the terrace of a friend’s house. As Byju’s popularity increased, the number of students also increased. The venue was changed from the terrace to a classroom and then to an auditorium.
Initial Stage
Byju enjoyed taking classes and sharing his knowledge, he eventually gave up his job and began teaching. Byju started taking workshops. He kept his initial workshops free of cost. He charged only for the advanced workshops once the students were comfortable with his style of teaching. Byju became very popular among students. At a time he used to take maths workshops for over 20,000 students across different cities like Delhi, Pune, Mumbai and Chennai. Byju’s has three main segments—technology, media and content, and sales and marketing. Except the technology segment, for which Raveendran brought in external talent, the top managements in the other segments are populated with his students.
Advancements In 2011 Byju was incorporated as Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd with focus on the K-12 segment. By 2014 Byju launched tablets for teaching. In August 2015, Byju’s Android and iOS mobile apps had over 5.5 million downloads with 2,50,000+ annual subscriptions.During September 2016, Chan-Zuckerberg initiative, the philanthropic organisation created by Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook Founder) and Pricilla Chan (Mark’s wife), invested a whopping $50 million in Byju’s firm.In 2017, Byju’s- The Learning App was incorporated by the “Harvard University” as one of its case studies.Byju Raveendran is a mathematical genius and it is his infectious energy and passion that make him an ideal CEO-founder for the company. It is observed that none of the team members who joined in the beginning has left, though some have gone for their post-graduation and then returned.
He emphasizes on learning for the sake of learning or understanding the subject rather than rote-learning for exams. Raveendran genuinely believes in making learning the focus of education.
